We at Coverstar East Coast Inc. pride ourselves in maintaining a professional and respectful appearance, giving the highest quality of service. Ensuring that you know the job was done right, we will stand behind our workmanship, our employees and installers pledge they will accomplish the following checklist during and after an installation.

  1. Sweep and hose down the area where the install was performed.
  2. Place a contact label to the inside of the switch box.
  3. Pick up all tools, packing materials, and trash as a result of the installation.
  4. Fill out, sign, and give the homeowner their warranty information.
  5. Review the benefits, and savings of the Coverstar automatic pool cover.
  6. Instruct the homeowner on how to properly use their automatic pool cover and cover pump.
  7. Inform the homeowner that the pool cover is a working mechanism that will need maintenance and service. The homeowner will be receiving annual service reminders in the mail.
  8. Answer any questions or concerns the homeowner may have.
  9. Do a final walk around the pool site, to check for tools or trash that may have been forgotten.
