We assure you that the level of service that we have experienced in dealing with ITT Industries has been outstanding. Sandy is a very helpful and efficient person with years of experience in the industry. When calling Sandy, indicate that you purchased your pump from Coverstar. This allows them to make a performance and corrective action report on pumps that we purchased. Please review the operation instructions and information that are found on the pump cord and on the paper work packaged together with the each pump. To date over 50% of the pumps that have been returned either operate properly or will operate properly if the pump base is cleaned. To avoid damage and clogging of the pump, it is very important that the pump bag be placed over the pump.
