Coverstar’s Eclipse systems come standard with Ultragard III 18 oz. acrylic-coated vinyl fabric. Ultragard III's maximum durability makes it the best available fabric for any automatic pool cover. Its heavy thickness and layered composition provide tough resistance to abrasion, UV rays and harsh weather. We offer seven standard colors to complement your poolside environment.

Coverstar’s Patented Heat Sealed Webbing Process
Up to 15 times stronger than the industry's standard sewn webbing, this process also allows for the possibility of detachable ropes which greatly reduces the amount of service time it takes when a rope may break. The standard webbing color for Coverstar matches the color of the cover chosen.

Coverstar's Heat Sealed Webbing
Coverstar invented and patented a process whereby the rope is replaced with a flexible polymer bead and the webbing is heat seal bonded to the cover fabric in one step.
Competitor's Sewn Sailors Webbing
Most automatic safety pool cover manufacturers wrap webbing material around rope and sew it to the cover. With this attachment method the webbings often fail before the fabric does.
Coverstar's Patented Heat Sealed Webbing process is a substantial improvement. It provides significantly longer webbing life and improved operation of the cover.
